Autumn diving
Summer was a write-off, wasn't it? Luckily autumn is nearly here. The air temperature might cool down but the water will stay warm until the end of May. Hopefully, the weather will settle down a bit too! Have a look at the club calendar and get yourselves booked in for some awesome autumn diving.
New club logo
The committee has collectively designed and approved a new logo for the club. It references the wider BSAC logo but also acknowledges our unique identity as BSAC NZ.
Many thanks go to club member Glenn Moore for the initial inspiration. If you would like a T-shirt, tank top, hoodie, shorts or bucket hat with the new logo on it, Glenn can vinyl print these for you at a very reasonable price.
Awards night 2021/22
The Annual Awards Night will take place from 6pm on Saturday 25 February 2023 at the Whangarei RSA. There will be food, drinks, quizzes, and the presentation of our club awards - Club Member, Wettest Diver, Trainee, Drill Sergeant, Expeditionist, Photograph, Video, and, the most covetted of them all, the Rusty Anchor. Tickets must be purchased beforehand. Please contact Andy and Elisa for more information or if you need accommodation.
